A Vision Born From Charity and a Love of the Created World
Story and Mission
Alex Miller was inspired to start Northeast Kansas Tree Savers by charity work he does in his home state of Michigan, saving hemlock trees from the invasive Hemlock Woolly Adelgid.
Having seen the sweeping devastation of Emerald Ash Borer and Dutch Elm Disease in Michigan during his formative years, and now having the knowledge and skills to make a difference, Alex felt impelled to take action in Kansas before it's too late.
For Alex, it's his love for nature, the beauty of the community, and the ability to provide homeowners an affordable way keep their trees that inspires him to continue working hard at Northeast Kansas Tree Savers.
